At Dee’s Twisted Elegance, each statement tie is individually handcrafted and uniquely embellished. Because every design is one of a kind, we ask that you review all product photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
